Siuated in a tiny hamlet, this south facing property enjoys total privacy and magnificent views overlooking the Viaur valley.

The Property.
The house is constructed from local stone with a slate roof. It is situated at the end of a tiny hamlet, on a narrow lane which leads down to an ancient chapel. To the side of the house is a wide, private parking area. Access to the property is through an impressive pair of wrought iron gates, leading into a courtyard area.
Wide granite steps lead up to a glazed walkway, 4.5m x 1m, between the entrance to the main house and Bedroom 2.
First floor.

A short distance from the house is an enclosed area, accessed by a gate, where the swimming pool has been installed. The pool measures 8m x 4m, is of reinforced concrete construction with tiled surfaces and is surrounded by a paved terrace area. From the pool there are wonderful views over the valley.  The pool house with pump and filters is alongside.
Discretely tucked away at the far end of the garden is a small workshop/store with electricity, and an independent access to the lane.
